BIO

Rochelle Gamauf, a native of Waukesha resident for over 27 years, is the founder and Executive Director of Friends with Food. Before starting Friends with Food, Rochelle held a Real Estate Broker license and has owned several businesses that she started from the ground up. Back in early March of 2020 the world as we knew it was about to change. Her passion to help her community showed deeply the first week of service, she made homemade spaghetti and delivered it to 10 families. As the Executive Director, Rochelle is committed to carrying out the mission of serving others at their time of need and changing the life of others.

One thing that you should know about Rochelle, she loves to inspire others to achieve their full potential. Rochelle was recognized by her peers for her work to the community and achieved Realtor of the Year for 2020 by Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. Rochelle’s loves to share her story of inspiration with others. In February 2022 she spoke at a Women’s Strong Conference sharing her story of achievement.

Rochelle has been married for 26 years to her husband Jim (he is also a board member).  They have three adult children which you may find here and there helping at the pantry. They have two dogs, Henry and Chad that keep them active. In Rochelle’s free time, she loves to go on vacation and see new things, she loves to take walks in nature and do other outdoor activities.

BIO

Bobi Jo joined the Friends with Food Volunteer team in Fall of 2022.  She grew up in the West Allis / New Berlin area and went to High School with Rochelle.  She moved out West for 17 years but eagerly stayed updated and inspired with Rochelle’s progressions with Friends with Food via Facebook.  Upon relocating back to WI in 2022, she reached out to Rochelle to see how she can be a part of the FWF family.  She enjoys helping with the Check-In desk, Event and Program committee events and anywhere she can be helpful in the pantry!! Bobi and her husband have 3 grown kids (the youngest just graduated HS this year)  3 sweet pups and 1 charismatic cat.. Her days are busy with her role in Human Resources and she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fur babies (and DIY shows) during her downtime.
