What will I need to bring?

  • An open mind willing to try something new
  • A tight or sore body that is ready to do gentle stretches
  • Clothes that stretch and a loose shirt that does not lift when you bend over
  • A yoga mat (If you don’t have one we have extra)

 

I have never done yoga, meditation or breathing techniques…… Do I need prior experience?

The only experience you need is to experience Maryann’s class.  All sessions are accessible to everyone.  Maryann verbally guides each class making it easy to follow and she does the moves with you. In yoga there is no beginning, there is no end, there are no levels.  Yoga is an ongoing practice for everyone.
